The TurboBlaze combines a 90 to 450F range with five selectable fan speeds, so you can slow the airflow for delicate foods or run it hard for fries. Nine functions cover air fry, roast and more. The basket has a PFAS-free ceramic coating.
The tradeoff is more controls than a basic model and a higher price tier. Ceramic coatings still wear with metal utensils or aerosol sprays. Against the Ninja XL, it adds adjustable fan speeds, while the Ninja relies on a single Max Crisp mode.
Ownership is routine. Hand wash the basket, wipe the heater area and avoid sprays. Variable fan speed is useful when cooking light foods that would blow around at full power. Use a lower fan speed for breaded items that shed crumbs and the highest speed for fries and wings. If you enjoy experimenting, the 90F floor lets you proof dough or dehydrate herbs slowly.
